1.Download Following Link
CSS-Legal Folder :-
2.Un Zip It
3.Open Csds-legal Folder
4.Create Shortcut Of srcds.exe
5.Go To Shortcut Properties Of Srcds.exe
6.Edit Target Path after Srcds.exe -game cstrike
7.Start Srcds.exe shortcut file And Run Your Game :)
